Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy: We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from PrintLands. If you are not satisfied with your item, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Final sale items are not eligible for return.

Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us at support@printlands.com. Please note that unauthorized returns will be refused, and items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Cancellation and Modification: If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@printlands.com with your order number and the requested changes. After this period, orders are locked for processing and cannot be cancelled or modified.

Replacement and Exchange: We currently do not offer exchanges. If your order qualifies for a replacement or exchange, it generally takes 7-14 business days to process after approval.

Return Process: To process a return, please email us at support@printlands.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and reason for return. In some cases, you may need to provide a video or photo of the defective product for proof.

Shipping Costs on Returns: We will provide a return label for approved refunds. If the product is incorrect, damaged, or defective, the customer will not be responsible for return shipping costs. There is no restocking fee.

Refund Timeline: Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and typically appear on your bank statement within 7-14 days. Depending on your bank, refunds may appear as a new line item or reversal charge.

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not accept returns for change of mind.
  • We are not liable for lost or misrouted parcels due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
  • Unsuccessful deliveries due to customer mistakes or unavailability will not be eligible for a refund.
